It was a SPECTACULAR evening as we surveyed cabernet sauvignon from around the world! Our Chef prepared a delicious 3-course dinner that paired perfectly with wines from California, Italy & France.
The dinner was lead by our Wine Director, Sommelier, Joe Iurato.
A fantastic evening hosted by Balvenie Ambassador, Jim Patterson who gave
a wonderful presentation! Guests were greeted with a whisky cocktail and enjoyed
passed hors d’ oeuvres before sitting for a most delicious 4 course dinner!

Gaja Ambassador Michele Zuckerman took us on a journey through the history and wines of the Gaja Estates from Piedmont, Montalcino and Bolgheri paired with a perfectly paired and exquisite menu prepared by Chef Luis Montesinos. Truly a beautiful night!
What a great 2-day event representing the River Palm Terrace, Edgewater! On day one, “Slider Day”, we prepared our “French Onion” slider – prime, dry-aged beef patty with Gruyere cheese, caramelized onions and crispy shaved onions on a toasted mini English muffin! Clearly a crowd favorite!! On day two, our menu was an 80+ lb “Steamship of Beef” served with our signature “Creamed Spinach” and “Mashed Potatoes”! That’s a lot of beef!!
